India’s National Telecom Backbone Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), launches a new short code – ‘15105’ for Postal Complaints to Department of Posts, Govt. of India.
BSNL opened this new short code as per the directions of DOT as a Category-1 Service. This helpline number can be used for any type complaints related to Postal Department.The new short code is available across the country to all the states and union territories of the nation.
15105 can be used to register and resolve our complaints related to Postal Department. This toll free number will be very much helpful to common man to raise their grievances / complaints and to resolve them at the earliest.
Recently, BSNL opened one new toll free short code 155214 as per the directions of DOT in a similar manner.

As a Category-1 service, this service may also be introduced by other service providers in India. Labour Help line Number ‘15105’, is available across all circles and the calls from other service providers may be routed to BSNL as per existing inter connect agreement charges.
This is really a good move by BSNL and we may hope this new helpline number will be very much helpful to everyone to register and resolve the complaints related to postal department.
