I have been using BBG Combo ULD 999 for the past 2 year…What is the procedure for changing it into BBG Combo ULD 900 . I have already paid the security deposit for the current plan. After changing the plan,Will I have to pay again one month plan charge of the new plan as security deposit ??
We may change our Broadband Plan in two methods :
1. Submit online request through Selfcare Portal

OR
2. Submit written request in BSNL Customer Care.
After changing your Broadband Plan, security deposit will be collected if the monthly rental of the new plan is higher than the old one. ( The difference in monthly rental between newer and older plan will be collected as security deposit.)
