Exclusive: BSNL to Revise its Most Popular Broadband Plans – Increase in Monthly Rental upto 40%

The details of tariff revision is given below:-

• Revised
  Tariff for ‘BBG Rural Combo 250’ plan is to be effective w.e.f.
  01-12-2014 in all the Circles/SSAs except Odisha Circle where the same
  has already been revised w.e.f. 01-10-2014 as BBG Rural Combo 350 CS40
  plan. 

•  Revised Tariff for ‘BBG 275’ plan is to be effective as follows:-
  • a) w.e.f. 01-12-2014 in all the Circles/SSAs except Tamilnadu Circle, Odisha Circle, Bijnore SSA of UP (W) Circle, selected SSAs of MP Circle & selected SSAs of Maharashtra Circles where the same has already been revised.
  • b)w.e.f. 01-04-2015 in Tamilnadu Circle, Odisha Circle, Bijnore SSA of UP (W) Circle & selected SSAs of MP Circle. 
  • c) w.e.f. 01-05-2015 in selected SSAs of Maharashtra Circle. 

• Revised Tariff for ‘BBG Combo 299’ plan is to be effective w.e.f. 01-12-2014 in all the Circles SSAs. Since the plan is not available for new customers, the revision shall be for the existing customers. 

• Revised Tariff for ‘BB Home Rural Combo 550’ plan is to be effective w.e.f. 01-12-2014 in all the Circles/SSAs except Odisha Circle & Bijnore SSA of UP (W) Circle where the same has already been revised w.e.f. 01-10-2014 as BB Home Rural Combo UL 599 CS41 plan. In Odisha Circle and Bijnore SSA of UP (W) Circle, the revised tariff shall be effective w.e.f. 01-04-2015.

• Revised Tariff for ‘BB Home Combo ULD 800’ plan is to be effective as follows:-
  
  • a) w.e.f. 01-12-2014 in all the circles/SSAs except Chennai TD, Tamilnadu circle, Odisha circle, Bijnore SSA of UP (W) circle, selected SSAs of MP circle & selected SSAs of Maharashtra circles where the same has already been revised.
  • b) w.e.f. 01-04-2015 in Tamilnadu Circle. 

   

•  Revised Tariff for ‘BB Combo ULD 900’ plan is to be effective as follows:-
  
  • a) w.e.f. 01-12-2014 in all the Circles/SSAs except Tamilnadu Circle, Odisha Circle, Bijnore SSA of UP (W) Circle, selected SSAs of MP Circle & selected SSAs of Maharashtra Circle where the same has already been revised.
  • b) w.e.f. 01-04-2015 in Tamilnadu Circle.

   

• Revised Tariff for ‘BBG Combo ULD 1425’ plan is to be effective w.e.f. 01-12-2014 in all the Circles/SSAs except Odisha Circle.

• Existing customers, who are already under Annual / Two year / three year payment option before revision in tariff, they may not be charged the revised tariff till the expiry of their current Annual / Two year / three year subscription.
