State run PSU, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Re-Launched the discount scheme for defaulters under Basic (Landline) / WLL and Postpaid Mobile services for realization of outstanding dues against closed connections from 10.2.2015 to 31.3.2016
The discount scheme is applicable only if the dues are paid on or before 31.3.2015. Customers who have outstanding dues may approach the nearest BSNL Customer Service Center or Office of the Accounts Officer (TR)
concerned for making the payment by availing the discount.

Discount scheme for defaulters under Basic (Landline) / WLL and Postpaid Mobile services

| 1 | Up to 1 (one) year old | Nil |
| 2 | > 1 year old to 2 years old | 10% |
| 3 | > 2 years old to 3 years old | 15% |
| 4 | > 3 years old to 10 years old | 25% |
| 5 | > 10 years old | 50% |
Conditions for availing discount scheme are given below:
- The above scheme is applicable only if the dues are paid on or before 31.3.2015.
- Kindly make use of this opportunity to settle your old dues without inviting any legal proceedings,
Revenue Recovery proceedings, Lok Adalat proceedings etc. - In this connection, you may approach the nearest CSC or office of the Accounts Officer (TR)
concerned for making the payment by availing the discount.
