As we reported earlier, PAN India 3G Service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) launched a bunch of attractive Add-on plans for it’s Postpaid Mobile Customers across India. It includes – Single Bill Option for Friends/Family Numbers, Free Call Facility, ‘Friends & Family CUG’ and ‘Pool & Share Facility’.
Now Customers who subscribe to Friends & Family CUG facility can enjoy Unlimited Free calls between Friends & Family Numbers within the same telecom circle. Pool & Share facility will allow customers to share the freebies among Friends & Family members.
All these new Add-on schemes are available from 23.02.2015 onwards across all telecom circles.
Details of newly announced Add-on offers are given below:
1.Single Bill for Maximum Five Mobile Numbers:-
- Single Bill will be issued if a customer wants to get a single bill for maximum five numbers e.g., father wants a single bill for all his family members.
- Customers will have to convey their consent for availing the single bill option in an application with signature of all the interested group members.
- FMC of Rs 25/month will be charged for the facility and would be included in the single bill to be issued each time. However, the facility will be free,if all the plans are of FMC of Rs 525 and onwards.
2.Friends and Family CUG Add-on:-
- Free Calls shall be allowed within Five BSNL Mobile Numbers within same telecom circle (LSA).
- Free calls by all (max.five numbers) to any one specified BSNL Landline / BSNL Mobile number within same telecom circle (LSA).
- FMC Rs 25/month per CUG member e.g., if person ‘A’ wants to add person ‘B’ as CUG member then both will have to give Rs. 25 and both will be added for each other.
3.Free Call Facility:-
- Free call facility to any one specified BSNL Mobile / BSNL Landline Number (within / outside LSA).
- Free Call facility is available only if any of CUG Facility as above is opted by the subscriber.
- Single/same number shall be specified by all the CUG members.
- Total FMC Rs 100/month will be charged for the facility. These charges are in lump sum and not on per number basis.
- If the customers subscribe for Frends & Family CUG Add on plan together with Free Call facility, any one member of the group will have to give his consent for being charged for Free Call facility i.e., Rs 100 from his account.
4.Pool and Share Facility:-
- Pool & Share facility would be available for New Customers Only. A ne plan is introduced
- Plan 225 x (Family Pack)
- Fixed Monthy Charges: 225 x No. of subscribers opted for this plan.
- All other tariff and term as per Postpaid Plan 225.
- Free Single Bill facility would be given with Pool & Share Facility.
- Customers who subscribe for this facility would be able to share their freebies among them.
BSNL launched these new and innovative add-on
packages to promote it’s postpaid mobile services and to attract new
customers.
The newly introduced schemes are exclusively available for individual customers. (not applicable to Enterprise Business &
Government Connections).
Now a days BSNL is trying to introduce a variety of new and innovative offers in Mobile services. The newly announced offers are very much helpful to Youngsters and Family members who want unlimited calls among them.
The ‘Pool & Share’ facility allows to share their freebies among members of their family or among friends.

If they want to attract new customers. First thing to do. Change the attitude of bsnl employees. They should understand customers are king. Only with our money you are living and showing all the attitude.
Every person entering bsnl office should be called back or through something should be able to rate the bad or good service provided by employees. If too many bad then fire them.
