BSNL introduced Unlimited Free Night Calling facility to any network from BSNL Landline from 1st May 2015. The Free Calling Offer is applicable to all General Landline and Combo Broadband customers of BSNL across India. Now, BSNL has decided to extend this offer to Fiber Broadband (FTTH – Fiber To The Home) customers also.
BSNL offers high speed broadband internet having speed upto 100Mbps over FTTH. BSNL regularized Voice Only Facility for Fiber Broadband (FTTH) customers from 16th October 2014 onwards with a minimum Fixed Monthly Charges commitment with any BSNL Landline Plan having FMC of Rs. 195/- and above.
Now as per the latest information, BSNL will be extending the Unlimited Calling Offer to all Circle Specific Special Landline Plans soon.
BSNL already informed it’s customers about the applicability of Unlimited Free Night Calling through IVRS announcements and SMS alerts on registered mobile numbers of Landline Customers.
The list of Landline Plans currently NOT ELIGIBLE for Unlimited Free Night Calling Offer are given below:
- Unlimited Free Night Calling Offer is not applicable to Wireless Landlline ( WLL ) customers.
- Landline Customers who are in Special Circle Specific Special Plans are not eligible for this offer. (This decision will be revised soon)
- ‘Sulabh Plan’ Customers are also not eligible for Unlimited Free Night Calling Offer

BSNL will be offering Voice Facility over FTTH with the following conditions applicable for all new and existing customers.
- BSNL FTTH Connections with Voice Only, shall not be more than 20% of the total FTTH capacity in the city. BSNL FTTH Connections with Voice Only shall be provided at the places where ever telecom services are not feasible on Copper Network.
- No Free Calls shall be offered on the FTTH connection having Voice only facility with FMC as Rs. 195/-, and the charges for the calls made under this plan shall be Rs. 1.20/- per MCU on any network (i.e. both on On-Net as well as Off-Net).
- No Free Calls shall be offered on the FTTH connection having Voice only facility with FMC as Rs. 195/-, and the charges for the calls made under this plan shall be Rs. 1.20/- per MCU on any network (i.e. both on On-Net as well as Off-Net).
With this new decision, BSNL FTTH customers can also enjoy unlimited free night calling facility to any network across India.
