BSNL has announced the revision in tariff of C-Top up (Channel-Top up) SIM (Flexy SIM) of its channel partners with effect from 1st November 2015 onwards. The revision is applicable to both prepaid and postpaid C-Top up SIM of Franchisees, Retailers, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) and RDs (Rural Distributors) on PAN India basis.
Currently, BSNL offers Reduced Call Rate (10 paise/Min calls), Free Talk Time and Free SMS to its retailers based on their monthly transactions. As per the latest information, BSNL will be offering Free 3G/2G Data in addition to the existing free talk time. Retailers having higher monthly transactions may get higher amount of Free 3G/2G Data.
Free SMS provided for C-Top up customers having monthly flexy transactions greater than Rs 5000 will be withdrawn from 01-11-2015.

The Freebies will be credited to his/her account in the following month. The above tariff is applicable to both prepaid and postpaid C-Top-up plans. The above tariff will be implemented with effect from 01.11.2015.

The implementation of the latest tariff revision is to be made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and orders/guidelines/clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time.

The above table shows the special tariff plan for C-top up plan customers i.e., for BSNL retailers. This plan will be applicable only to retailers whose monthly transaction is greater than Rs 1000/-. From 1st November 2015 onwards, such retailers will get an added benefit of 150 MB Free Data in addition to the reduced call rate.
