India’s largest landline service provider – Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the revision of its Landline Tariff Plans on PAN India basis from 1st November 2015 onwards. As per the latest information, BSNL will be revising the monthly rental as well as the free calls offered with existing landline plans.
The monthly free calls offered with each of the existing landline plans will be slashed by around 50 percent. The revision is applicable to both rural urban area customers who are subscribed to general landline plans across all telecom circles.

The revised landline tariff plan will be applicable with effect from 1st November 2015 onwards on PAN India basis. However, BSNL has not made any changes in the existing unlimited free night calling scheme. The revision is not applicable to call charges after free calls or day calls.

If something like this keep coming and i am going to switch to Airtel BB for sure (eventhough it is bit costlier 🙁 )
