PAN India 3G service provider, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the revision of Special ISD pack for France under GSM Prepaid and Postpaid Mobile services on PAN India basis. The latest revision is applicable to Prepaid ISD STV 38 and Postpaid ISD pack 35 (Optional Add-on pack).
As of now, BSNL offers reduced voice call rate of Rs 4.49 per minute and reduced SMS rate of Rs 3.00 per SMS to all number levels of France in postpaid and prepaid categories. As per the latest revision, BSNL has excluded certain number levels of France from these special ISD packs.
An official statement from BSNL regarding the revision of ISD pack for France read as follows – ‘Now onwards ISD STV 38 under Prepaid Mobile Services and Optional ISD Pack
(Add-on plan) 35 under Postpaid Mobile Services will not be applicable to France ISD
codes 63800, 64000 to 64004, 80 to 86, 880 to 884, 890 to 899.’
All other Terms and Conditions would remain same. The above tariff will be applicable with immediate effect i.e., from 19-10-2015 onwards on PAN India basis. The implementation of the tariff is to be made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and orders/guidelines/clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time.

BSNL has been revising ISD tariff as per the latest
changes in the international carrier charges and change in dollar rates.
Whenever the carrier charges exceed 80 percent of ISD tariff, the PSU
will be revising the existing tariff.
