Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), has launched Special Landline and Broadband Plans for Election purpose on PAN India basis in all the circles. These newly announced special landline and broadband plans are exclusively available to election authorities for the smooth conduction of election process.
BSNL will be collecting two months rental as security deposit for both landline and broadband services. Landline telephone instrument having caller ID facility will be provided at Rs 600/- and broadband modem will be provided at the prevailing outright purchase charges. The minimum hire period will be two months.

Broadband Modem shall be provided only on prevailing outright purchase charges for such Broadband Connections. The above plans will be available only to users of Election Authority in all telecom circles on PAN India basis with effect from 16-10-2015 onwards.
