As per the latest information, Full Talk Time & Extra talk time offers will be available from 28-11-2015 to 25-02-2016.
BSNL Prepaid Mobile customers – in all plans – may enjoy Full Talk Time for Top Up denominations Rs 150, Rs 250 and Rs 550. In addition, BSNL will be offering 3 percent, 7 percent and 10 percent extra talk time offers for higher top up denominations.

Kudos to BSNL Kerala ! U stand out from the rest !!! A major contributor to the revenue. A suggestion, the pvt players have Special Offers to indbudual customers, and this is offered by USSD checking by commands via *122*no# or *121*no…# etc. If u too come with a similar offers it would further push revenue augmentation.
