BSNL has announced the launch of New Voice STVs to make All Local Outgoing Calls to Any Network @ 1 paisa / 2 Sec for all Prepaid Mobile Customers across India. As per the latest information, BSNL will be introducing two STVs, one having 30 days validity and the other one having 90 days validity + Rs 25 Talk Value.
The MRP of the newly announced STVs are Rs 69 (Validity=30 Days) and Rs 209 (Validity=90Days) respectively. BSNL will launching these New Prepaid Voice STVs with effect from 16th January 2016 on PAN India basis. Customers enrolled in any prepaid mobile plan may subscribe to these newly launched STVs.

The above tariff will be applicable with effect from 16-01-2016 Pan India basis. The
implementation of the tariff is made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom

These newly announced Voice STVs are really excellent offers from BSNL since it allows customers to enjoy the most economic local voice call rate of just 1 paisa / 2 seconds to Any Network (mobile / landline).
