    BSNL announced massive reduction in call rate up to 80% to its existing Prepaid Mobile Customers on PAN India basis

    Telecom major, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced massive reduction in call rate to its existing prepaid mobile customers on PAN India basis. As per the latest information, BSNL will be slashing the voice call rate up to 80% for all existing prepaid mobile customers in Per Second and Per Minute plans.

    The reduction in call rate will be effective from 16th January 2016 on wards across all telecom circles. Earlier, BSNL reduced call rate up to 80% for its New Prepaid mobile customers only and now the same has been extended for existing BSNL Prepaid users also. The reduces call rate is applicable on STV of Rs 42/- (for per second plan) and on STV of Rs 88/- (for per minute plan).

    In STV 88, with validity of 60 days call rate for all BSNL Calls (Local / STD) is reduced to 10 paise / minute and all Other Network calls (Local/STD) is reduced to 30 paise / minute.

    Similarly in STV 42, with validity of 21 days call rate for all BSNL Calls (Local / STD) is reduced to 1 paisa / 3 seconds and all Other Network calls (Local/STD) is reduced to 2 paise / 3 seconds.

    Shri. R.K.Mittal, Director (Consumer Mobility), BSNL Board intimated that our tariffs are most competitive in the industry having largest network coverage. Two new STVs have also been introduced as per industry trends : STV 69 with call rate on Any Net @ 1 p / 2 sec for 30 days and STV 209 provides call rate on Any Net @ 1 p / 2 sec with extra talk value of Rs 25/- with validity of 90 days. BSNL managed to maintain net positive in Mobile Number Portability (MNP) also. In December 2015, BSNL activated more than 17.5 lakhs of new prepaid mobile connections.

        i will tell an idea to make more income for bsnl.start internet telephony.internet telephony is more competative in middle east ,europe and in america.as a nre i know the competetion in the internet telephony market for international calls.more than 50 lak indian people are out of the country for permenet and temporary basis.all these people make calls daily to India their siblings.now in the IT market average call rate to india is 0.01usd per minute.some companies are giving 1500minute to india for 10 usd.bsnl as pan india telecom operator i can suggest you that start internet telephony for a rate of 5usd with 300 minute to other operator and unlimited call to bsnl for 30 days by credit card or debit card with auto recharge facility.this will force to add more bsnl lines in india and make an average income of 3 crore monthly from this itself.airtel have their own internet telephony facility and reliance also have.

        really correct .internet telephoney for bsnl can make a good income from outside also.govt has to give aproval for this.and this is should be a part of digital India.Jai hind
