Shri.Mittal also added that, as a goodwill gesture to youth, BSNL this year has kept Valentine Day out of the purview of Blackout Day on PAN India basis for all mobile customers, meaning thereby that all concessional Voice, SMS STVs and Freebies shall be applicable on this years’s Valentine Day.
In addition some of the popular SMS STVs of BSNL are 130 SMS to Any Network @ only Rs 13/-, 385 SMS to Any Network @ only Rs 35/- and 860 SMS to Any Network @ only Rs 59/-.
