BSNL Kerala Telecom Circle – the most revenue generating BSNL unit – has issued a press release which requested its esteemed customers to make payment for all telephone / broadband bills before 31st March 2016.
BSNL postpaid customers of Landline / Broadband / WiMax / EVDO / CDMA / Mobile services are requested to make payment for their bills issued in March 2016 before 31-3-2016 as Financial year 2015-16 is closing.
“A total of 19 category – I and 68 Category – II customer service centres (CSCs) in Kerala are kept open on all days including holidays up to 31-3-2016 to enable our customers to transact their business comfortably.”
BSNL has also urged customers whose services have been temporarily suspended owning to non-payment of dues to make payment and obtain re-connection immediately.
BSNL customers may make their payments through any of the BSNL authorized payment channels like Customer Service Centres or through BSNL Online Portal or through My BSNL App.
