PAN India 3G service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to offer FREE Fancy Mobile Numbers to all new postpaid mobile customers on PAN India basis.
As per the latest information, BSNL will be offering Fancy / Vanity Mobile Numbers absolutely Free of cost to all new mobile customers subscribing postpaid tariff plans. A customer opting Free Fancy mobile number will have to continue in BSNL services for a minimum lock-in period of 6 months.
The charges for the Vanity Mobile Number i.e., Rs 750 + Service Tax will be adjusted / recovered from the security deposit, for those customers who are not fulfilling the minimum lock-in period of 6 months. This scheme is available from 22-03-2016 on wards across all BSNL telecom circles.
The PSU launched this scheme in an attempt to increase the number of postpaid mobile connections which are high ARPU customers for BSNL. The plans offered by BSNL under Postpaid Mobile segment are really economical and cost-effective. BSNL offers a wide variety of postpaid mobile plans and a user has to select the right plan as per his / her calling pattern. Special CUG plans are also available for Corporate / Enterprise business units.
