PAN India 3G service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the revision of one of its most popular prepaid special tariff voucher – Voice STV 88 – from 15th March 2016 on wards on PAN India basis.
As per the latest information, BSNL will be reducing the validity of Voice STV 88 from 60 days to 48 days without changing the existing features. Voice STV 88 is applicable to all BSNL prepaid mobile customers enrolled in Per Minute and Per Second Plans.

Both these STVs – Voice STV 88 and Voice STV 42 – are applicable to customers in Per Minute & Per Second plans and offers the same features. The only difference is in their validity.
For customers in Per Minute plan, Voice STV 88 / Voice STV 42 offers the cheapest call rate of 10 paise / minute to all local as well as STD numbers of BSNL Network. The voice call charges to other operator numbers (Local and STD) is just 30 paise / minute which also very cheap.
For customers in Per Second plan, Voice STV 88 / Voice STV 42 offers the cheapest call rate of 1paise / 3sec to all local as well as STD numbers of BSNL Network. The voice call charges to other operator numbers (Local and STD) is just 2paise / 3sec which also very cheap.
