BSNL Kerala Telecom Circle – the most revenue generating unit of BSNL – has decided to extend FREE 3G SIM Offer to its Channel partners (Franchisees / Rural Distributors / Direct Selling Agents / Retailers) during Mela period till further orders.
As we reported earlier, Mela is declared in Kerala Circle for 5 days from 13th to 17th of June 2016. BSNL Mela Offers for the month of June 2016 include – Free Prepaid 3G SIM card (Repluggable / Smart SIM card) with 250MB Free 3G Data + Rs 40 talk time, Free extra Pyari Jodi SIM card to new Per Second/Per Minute/Special Roaming Tariff Plan customers, having the special benefit of Free 20 minute call per day to one Landline / Mobile number of local Kerala BSNL.
In addition, Full Talk Time will be offered for Top Up denominations of Rs 150 and Rs 250 for all existing and new prepaid mobile customers irrespective of their current plan.
For new postpaid mobile customers, activation charges of Rs 100 will be waived off during Mela period.

As per the latest information, BSNL authorities of Kerala Telecom Circle has also decided to extend Free 3G SIM Offer (SIM costs Rs.20/-) to its Channel partners (Franchisees, Rural Distributors (RDs), Direct Selling Agents(DSAs) and Retailers) during Mela period till further orders. It means, customers may get BSNL 3G SIM cards free of cost from BSNL Customer Service Centres as well as BSNL Retailers.
This move will certainly increase BSNL SIM sales as the reach of BSNL Retailer network is very wide and is available in rural and remote areas.
Customers taking new BSNL prepaid mobile connection / porting into BSNL during Mela period, may pay only the Plan Voucher (Plan vouchers are used to enroll prepaid mobile customers in a specific tariff plan) charges.
