BSNL will be offering Rs.5/- extra as OTF (on the fly) commission to retailer on STV449 for 30 days. If denomination is not vacant, the circles may choose up to denomination +Rs.3, but not in multiple of Rs.10. All the other terms and conditions will remain same. The above tariff will be applicable with effect from 20-06-2016. The implementation of the tariff is

As we reported earlier, BSNL launched new Voice STV 56 as a circle special promotional offer exclusive for its customers in Kerala Circle. Now, BSNL authorities has decided to extend the scheme as a regular offer in all telecom circles from 20th June 2016.
