BSNL Kerala Telecom Circle has announced the launch of one new promotional Combo Voucher 119 which is exclusively available for customers enrolled in Student Special prepaid mobile plan.
As per the latest information, customers in Student Special plan may use promotional Combo Voucher 119 which offers 750 MB Data + 100 SMS + Rs 1 Talk Time in main account with validity of 30 Days.
The promotional combo STV 119 is available only for BSNL Kerala Telecom Circle for a period of 90 days from 19-08-2016 to 16-11-2016.

BSNL already offers 1 GB Free Data with FRC 118 (First Recharge Coupon) to new customers in Student Special plan for the first 30 days. In order to retain the existing customers and to attract new Student Special plan customers, this combo voucher is introduced exclusively for Kerala Circle.
Now, Customers in Student Special plan can enjoy data again on cheaper rate on activation of Combo Voucher 119, after expiry of 1 GB Data offered against FRC 118.

how to recharge 119 (bsnl portal and bsnl app not having that specific recharge)
Only for Kerala Circle…offer can be activated through flexy recharge only…(online and SMS recharge option is not available for Combo Voucher 119)
