PAN India 3G service provider, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to regularize its promotional 3G offer – ‘Combo STV 1402’ – across all telecom circles with immediate effect.
Combo STV 1402 offers Rs 1402 Usage value in main Account (without any validity limit) + All
local/national voice calls @ 0.9 paisa / sec tariff + 250
MB Data + 250 SMS to any network for 30 calendar days.

As we reported earlier, BSNL launched Combo Voucher 1402 as a promotional offer for 90 days on 13th February 2016. Based on the response from customers, BSNL re-launched the same scheme further for another 90 days on 11th May 2016.

#The STV will end at 23:59 hours of 30th day irrespective of time of recharge on 1st Day.
Above offer will be available as a regular offer on PAN India basis with immediate effect. The implementation of the tariff is will be made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of
Telecom Tariff Order and orders/guidelines/clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time.
The main attraction of Combo Voucher 1402 is that, Rs 1402 usage value has no validity limit, i.e., it can be used by the user till the expiry of his/her mobile number. Usage Value of Rs 1402 credited in main account balance can also be used to activate any other Data STVs of their choice/requirement. Voice Call tariff is also very cheap and its is just 0.9paisa/sec to Any Number in India (to BSNL Network or to Other Network).
