State run telecom major Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the revision of ISD tariff and pulse duration for Oman and Russia Fixed Code for all customers on PAN India basis. The revision in tariff is applicable to calls from ISD PCOs also.
As per the latest information, BSNL has revised ISD tariff of Oman Code 9680 from existing rate of Rs 10 per minute to Rs 20 per minute with effect from 16th August 2016. In addition, the PSU has also decided to revise ISD tariff for Russia Fixed Code to Rs 18 per minute from Rs 10 per minute from 1st September 2016.

BSNL has been revising ISD tariff as per the latest changes in the international carrier charges. Whenever the carrier charges exceed 80 percent of ISD tariff, the PSU will be revising the existing tariff.
The revised tariff for Russia Fixed Code will come into effect from 1st September 2016. Subscribers will be notified about the revised tariffs through SMS in a timely manner. All other terms and conditions will remain unchanged.
