India’s largest wireline broadband service provider, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced yet another exciting offer for its broadband customers in all telecom circles. As per the latest information, BSNL has decided to launch an entry level unlimited Broadband plan – ‘Experience Unlimited BB 249’ with monthly rental of just Rs 249/-, exclusive for all new broadband customers on PAN India basis.
The newly announced ‘Experience Unlimited Broadband 249’ plan offers 1 GB usage @ 2 Mbps and thereafter Unlimited download @ flat 1 Mbps speed. This new promotional plan will be available for all new broadband customers from 09-09-2016 on wards. This plan will be available for a period of 6 months and after that, customers will be migrated to a new Unlimited Broadband plan – ‘BBG Combo ULD 499’ which will offer 2 Mbps download speed till 2 GB and then flat 1 Mbps speed.

BSNL’s Chairman cum Managing Director – Shri Anupam Shrivastava told that BSNL is the only operator who is offering lowest per GB data download cost under broadband services in the country. He further told that, the above plan shall enhance the customer experience towards BSNL’s wireline broadband services.

All other charges shall be as per existing. Since all the DSL plans are available on FTTH (fiber broadband) with same tariff, the above broadband plan shall also be available on FTTH with same tariff. The new broadband plan – ‘Experience Unlimited BB 249’ will be available for all new broadband customers and ‘BBG Combo ULD 499’ will be available for all new/existing broadband customers from 09-09-2016 on wards.
Under this new plan ‘Experience Unlimited BB 249’, customers can download unlimited broadband data without bothering of any data limit in GB. BSNL shall offer 2 Mbps speed under this plan. If customer uses this plan continuously in a month, he/she can download 300 GB data by paying Rs 249/- . Hence per GB data download cost comes out as less than Rs.1 per GB. After six months, customer will be migrated to one of the regular broadband plans based on the choice of the customer. New broadband connection can be subscribed by visiting nearest BSNL customer service centre or by calling Toll Free number 1800-345-1500.
Terms & conditions for providing ‘Experience Unlimited BB 249’ plan:-
- The plan shall be available only for the new Broadband customers.
- The plan shall also be available on FTTH with the same tariff.
- Installation charges shall be waived off during promotional period.
- After six months, plan shall be converted to ‘BBG Combo ULD 499’ plan. Customer’s consent in
this regard shall be taken at the time of CAF filling.

Please make some arrangements to get a smooth Internet connectivity to the existing customers too.
please allow to use fixed mobile, immediately bsnl will get minimum 2laks customers.all the bsnl staffs behaviour are very bad in condition.their technical support is also very bad.once telephone is down we have to wait 10 to 15 days to rectify the issue.this is truth we are facing same problem.we came to pay the full amount without using telephone for half of the month.if the telephone is dead they have to give discount on the telephone bill according to the days we used.

What about the upload speed? Now that they have increased their post-FUP download speed to 1 Mbps, they should upgrade their upload speeds to atleast 700 Kbps.

BB Combo 499 is a very good plan for everyone. There should be atleast 75 free calls for this plan as the same in 650 plan
how to get 300 gb per month. if you use a 1mbps connection u can get maximum 125Kb/s . in 1 minute 7 MB. 60 minute 420 MB .if your using 24 hour 420*24: 9.84 GB. 30*9.84 :295 GB.
how can a person use 24 hour continuously , how can bsnl provide the same speed. we can use 100 to 150 gb per month. that is practical.
i am a bsnl broadband customer from 3 years ,and i am happy with bsnl ,all is good ,plans price ,speed,staff,customer support,and complaint solving.all is good.only fools are critisiging bsnl.
