Yes…it is raining offers for all BSNL customers in the country, as the state run PSU has announced yet another exciting unlimited broadband plan which offers 2 Mbps flat download speed and 24 Hrs unlimited free calls (Local + STD) to any network in India.
As per the latest information, BSNL will be launching the new unlimited broadband plan – ‘BBG Combo ULD 1199’ as a regular offer for all users in all the circles from 9th September 2016 on wards. The new plan is a TRUE Unlimited Offer from BSNL, since it offers Unlimited Voice as well as Data without any usage limits.

Really an amazing offer from BSNL…
but one thing we should note that with jio we will get unlimited outgoing calls for 149 rupees only with mobility.bsnl land line have no mobility.if we go with internet better go with private operators.we never get the speed of bsnl promised.and as everybody knows bsnl staffs are very arraogant and non supportive for a technical issue.once your network is down it will be down for 15days.all these offer are on paper.bsnl cant implemet these properly.lets go with jio

And one more thing Staff's attitude changes according to your voice of tone.
What's the point of offering unlimited 2MBps speed when we are not even able to listen songs on apps like Gaana.com/Saavn without buffering. Song stops in every 10-15 seconds of play and starts buffering.
Changing modem also did not work.
Even a private ISPs 512kbps connection plays this seamlessly in my area.
Pathetic technical support. No onsite technical support at my place.

BSNL seriously needs a 2 Mbps Plan for 699 without Voice freebie to really make an impact. This plan is too costly. The price band of 700/800 is the sweet spot for most of the Broadband home users.

No, it is for all customers, I was using BB 945 and now changed the plan to BB 1199 already.
First update your infrastructure , 2 Mbps speed I am already using bsnl but never receive 2 Mbps and always disturbances in voice calling. There senior official on complaining said that go for bsnl sim and surrender your landline,

Price should have been below 999 or at 999 :/ 'cause its BSNL even with my 1mbps plan i'm not able to play youtube videos at 360p sometimes.
but i m not able to make any call to any network from the day i choose 1199 plan it always says the number is out of reach for all the number which i can make call from my mobile easily immediately there is something… cheesy stuff going on with the 1199 unlimited call plan…
I have opted this plan 'BSNL 1199' and when the connection is good I receive speed of upto 1.6 Mbps (never gone above 1.63 Mbps). When the connection is not good, the speed comes down to as low as 0.02 Mbps (Refreshing the IP address does not help in such case either).
Does one get free modem with this plan??
