State run telecom major, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the extension of its Diwali Special Offer 2016 of 10% extra talk value offer on Voice STVs – 159, 201, 359 and 449 up to 30th November 2016 in all telecom circles.
BSNL prepaid mobile customers who subscribe under any of these Voice STVs may enjoy 10% extra talk value. As we reported earlier, BSNL launched these Diwali Special promotional offers from 15-10-2016 to 31-10-2016 on PAN India basis.

The PSU already announced Blackout Days on pre-Diwali (28th October 2016) & Diwali (29th October 2016) for prepaid and postpaid mobile customers. On these days, No concessional tariff on Voice Calls / SMS will be available for both prepaid and postpaid mobile customers.
