Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to re-launch its prepaid WiFi plans for the WiFi Hot Spot services, on promotional basis for 90 days in all circles from 17th October 2016.

As we reported earlier, BSNL revised its prepaid WiFi plans by increasing validity up to 833% and launched a set of new promotional prepaid WiFi plans from Rs 10/- for its WiFi hot spot customers in all circles from 27-05-2016. These promotional offers were expired on 24th August 2016.
Now based on the encouraging response from customers, the PSU has decided to re-launch the same further for a promotional period of 90 days from 17-10-2016 to 14-01-2017 in all telecom circles.

All other terms and conditions as per earlier circulars shall remain unchanged. These instructions shall be effective with effect from 17-10-2016 in all the circles on promotional basis for 90 days. These prepaid WiFi Hot Spot plans will be available in cities where there are no existing BSNL services.

BSNL has already started rolling out WiFi Mobile Data Offloading Service for all prepaid and postpaid mobile customers. BSNL WiFi Mobile Data Offloading allows all BSNL customers having 2G / 3G data connection to avail high speed (up to 64Mbps) surfing wherever BSNL WiFi service is available without paying anything extra.
