National telecom backbone Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the launch of one new TRUE Unlimited Broadband plan – ‘BBG Combo ULD 1599’ which offers maximum download speed of 4 Mbps with 24 Hrs. Unlimited free calls (Local + STD) to any network in India.
As per the latest information, the newly announced promotional plan will be available for all new as well as existing customers in all the circles from 17th November 2016 on wards. Customers may opt this plan during the promotional period of 90 days i.e., between 17-11-2016 and 17-03-2016.

All other relevant terms and conditions shall remain unchanged. Since all the DSL plans are available on FTTH (fiber broadband) with same tariff, the above broadband plan shall also be available on FTTH with same tariff. These instructions shall be effective with effect from 17-11-2016 on promotional basis for 90 days in all the circles.
BSNL already launched a TRUE Unlimited Broadband plan – ‘BBG Combo ULD 1199’ on 9th September 2016 to counter Jio tariff. Unlimited plan 1199 offers Flat 2 Mbps download speed + 24 Hrs. Unlimited free calls (Local / STD) to any network in India.

How is it true unlimited 4 mbps broadband plan when there is a FUP threshold of 40 GB ?!?!?
