Yes….the wait is over. State run telecom major, BSNL has finally launched True Unlimited Voice Calling offers bundled with Free Data for its prepaid mobile customers.
As per the latest information, for customers in Kerala Telecom Circle, new Unlimited Voice Calling Offers will be Recharge 146 & Recharge 339 respectively. Unlimited voice plan 146 will offer True Unlimited BSNL Calls (Local&STD) + 300 MB data for 28 days whereas Unlimited Voice plan 339 will offer True Unlimited Calls to Any Network (Local & STD) + 1 GB Data for 28 days.

Rs 339 is bit costly when compared with JIO.
Hope it will come down to Rs 190 with 4 GB 3G

No, STV 146 & 339 are available only from Home LSA.
At least plan 339 should be roam free with all benifits of free STD/LOCAL and 1Gb Data to give tough competition to rivals.

Hello guys i have activated the plan of 339 but it is not registering on 3G network (WCDMA) i have checked with other sim on the same mobile and same sim slot which is working. The problem i am facing that in 339 the bsnl is giving me only 2G data. I have enquired on customer care. But no solution. Please guys comments if you are facing the same problem

Anyone can provide tariff like BSNL but who will give strong 4G/3G/2G coverage especially indoor that's the key!
If BSNL can, please list out the BSNL 4G/3G/2G sites and coverage areas in india.
BSNL is escaping without indoor coverage across India.
BSNL indoor coverage gap is more than any operator in India.
But it will be helpful only to BSNL 3G/4G coverage areas in India.
Currently, when we compared to Airtel, Jio, Idea vodafone, our BSNL 4G/3G BTS sites is not enough across India.
Zero 3G coverage across Tamilnadu except District and taluk head quarter's and its only for outdoor coversge as zero BSNL 3G/4G BTS site is available in rest of the places in Tamilnadu.
Most of the places in Chennai and Tamilnadu, BSNL GSM users could not find a single point 2G signal even indoor.
BSNL is worthy only in hills station like Ooty, international border, naxal areas, North-East areas.
Rest of the places BSNL can't match with private operators 4G/3G/2G coverage.
The only option, BSNL KL team should take over entire BSNL Network across india.
For example,
Approxmately, More than 5 Cr people living without BSNL 3G/4G coverage across Tamilnadu.
With Zero BSNL 3G/4G coverage, what's the use for these types of offers!

BSNL's bleeding with heavy staff cost for last 10 years, BSNL revenue is not enough for its staff salary, then how can it will invest money in operations, marketing, services, technology, upgrade, expansion.

As per my estimation minimum 16,000 2G BTS (900 MHz) and 24000 3G/4G BTS (2100 MHz) / (2300 MHz) required to strongly cover indoor coverage in both chennai and Rest of Tamilnadu.
But actually BSNL has 5000 2G BTS (900 MHz) and 2000 3G BTS (2100 MHz) in both Chennai and Rest of Tamilnadu.
Think about PAN India BSNL sites and coverage areas you will get the answer!
