India’s 4th largest mobile operator, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) relaunched promotional Combo STVs which offers Extra Talk Value and Free Data for its prepaid mobile customers in all the circles for a period up to 31st March 2017.
BSNL launched these promotional Combo Vouchers in an attempt to attract youth segment to BSNL Data Services. The main attraction of these Combo Vouchers – Rs. 15 (Kerala & Karnataka) / Rs. 14 ( East Zone Circles) / Rs. 13 (Rest of the India), Rs. 77 and Rs. 177 is that, these STVs can be used even in Blackout Days.

How to activate these Combo STVs?
To activate promotional combo vouchers, just recharge the denomination of required combo voucher. SMS activation facility is not available.
