To avail the offer, one has to submit original/paid last bill of the broadband connection to BSNL Customer Service Center. New prepaid SIM card in ALL FREE PLAN will be issued only after verifying the genuineness of active broadband connection. Subscriber having broadband connection of BSNL but having mobile connection of other operator can take this plan by port-in to BSNL through MNP.
BSNL will issue only one prepaid connection in ALL FREE PLAN against each active broadband connection. The new plan will be exclusively available through BSNL Customer Service Centers only. However, BSNL will be offering unlimited free calls for the first 30 days after the activation. After 30 days, all local and STD calls will be charged @ 80 paise / minute. SMS charges will be 50 paise and data charges without STVs will be 3 Paise / 10KB.
How to Get BSNL ALL FREE Prepaid Mobile Plan?
- Visit your nearest BSNL Customer Service Center (BSNL CSC) with original of last paid BSNL broadband bill + passport size photo +Identity proof.
- This plan cannot be availed on existing BSNL prepaid mobile number.
- Customer has to take a new mobile number or PORT his / her existing number to BSNL to avail All Free Plan.

BSNL’s Unlimited prepaid Voice STV which offer Unlimited local and STD Voice Calls to any network is priced @ 339 with 28 days validity. The same plan is now being offered to BSNL Broadband customers @ 58% reduction in tariff. So this the best deal for BSNL Broadband customers even-though it offers unlimited calls for first 30 days.

VERY MUCH CONFUSE ..!! I HAVE BROADBAND CONNECTION AND BSNL PREPAID CARD ALSO. FROM PAST 10 YEARS CAN I ELEGIBLE UNDER THIS PLAN ??? OR I HAVE TO PURCHASE NEW SIM CARD ?? YOU WRITE.. yes you are eligible but u have to purchase a new sim card .With this offer free call is available only for 1st 30 days afterwards all calls will be chargeable under 80 paisa per min
What if I recharge for Rs144 again? Will I get the same offer for another 30days?
