India’s largest Landline Service provider – Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the launch of a special promotional scheme to bring back its old customers.
As per the latest information, BSNL will be providing 100% discount on installation charges & one Free Prepaid SIM card to its disconnected landline customers. The scheme will be available from 15th March 2017 for a period of three months in all the telecom circles.
Details of Add On Promotional Scheme to bring back BSNL Landline customers : Available in all telecom circles from 15-03-2017 on wards
BSNL has decided to offer the following Add-On schemes to bring back old BSNL customers.
- Installation charges may be waived off for CLSNP & voluntary closure customers on reconnection.
- A free prepaid BSNL SIM card may be provided to CLSNP & voluntary closure customers on re-connection.
The above tariff order will be applicable from 15-03-2017 on PAN India basis for a period of three months. Customers booking new BSNL landline / broadband connection during the above period will get a discount of Rs 600/- on their first bill since landline installation charges are completely waived off. In addition, customers are also eligible for a new BSNL Prepaid SIM card.

As we reported earlier, BSNL already launched Friends & Family Scheme for its Landline Customers also. Under this scheme, a landline customer will get unlimited local & STD calls to up to three landline/mobile numbers of any network by paying a nominal monthly rental of just Rs 49/-
