Make it 4MBPS WITHOUT ANY FUP AS YOU ARE PROVIDING 10 GB PER DAY AT 2MBPS FLAT SPEED FOR YOUR RS 249 PLAN AND ONLY 2MBPS FOR RS 675 AND ABOVE PLANS AND THAT TOO AFTER FUP THE SPEED IS VERY SLOW.
THE LOCAL BROADBAND ARE PROVIDING FASTER SPEEDS,TRULY UNLIMITED AND AT PRICES SIMILAR OR LOWER THAN YOURS.
We are paying more and getting less
Increase speed to minimum of 2Mbps after FUP.
in my home my bsnl plan we took is 499. we are getting a speed of 100kbps in the place of 2mbps.please advice whta can i do
Hello friend, there is a huge difference between MB/s and Mb/s.Your broadband plan is 2 Mbps that is you can get a maximum downloading speed of 256 KB/s.After FUP it will get reduced to 1 Mbps that is a maximum downloading speed of 128 KB/s
1mbps is really low and after 15GB , like wtf ,may be bsnl wants to destroy Thier business cause Jio has a really better option , I tried telling this to them but all they said was this is part of the plan and gave no shit about it so I think it's better to switch to asainet or jio
