As the new financial year (FY 2016-17) has started, state run telecom major, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) launched a bouquet of excellent offers for its prepaid and postpaid mobile customers in all the circles.
As per the latest information, BSNL has announced the launch of three new Combo STVs (Blackout Day Offers) which offers Full Talk Value & Free Data in all the circles from 1st April 2017 as regular offers till further orders. New offers available from 01-04-2017 are – Combo STVs 13, Combo STV 77 & Combo STV 177.

How to activate these Combo STVs?
To activate promotional combo vouchers, just recharge the denomination of required combo voucher. SMS activation facility is not available.
All other terms and conditions will remain same. These new Combo vouchers will be available in all the circles with effect from 01-04-2017 till further orders. All these three Combo Vouchers were available till 31-03-2017. BSNL has re-launched these vouchers again by increasing its free data usage. The main attraction of these Combo Vouchers is that, these STVs are available in Blackout Days also.

all these are stvs make more complication to the customer.at current situation please provide one stv 339 with 30 days validity and 1500 min to other network,unlimited call to bsnl and 30GB data for one month without any daily cap .surely this will help to beat jio and other operators.please treat it as a customer feedback who lives in a competetive telecom market.avoid planning from the people who are siting in the ac cabin and doent know anything about poor people.
Don't forget one thing, because of them only BSNL and other operators are forced to reduce the tariffs.
