State run PSU, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Re-Launched the discount scheme for defaulters under Basic (Landline) / WLL and Postpaid Mobile services for realization of outstanding dues against closed connections, from 01-04-2017 to 31-03-2018 on PAN India basis.
The discount scheme is applicable for the phones disconnected up to 31-03-2017. Customers who have outstanding dues may approach the nearest BSNL Customer Service Center or Office of the Accounts Officer (TR) concerned for making the payment by availing the discount.

Conditions for availing discount scheme are given below:
- The above scheme is applicable for the phones disconnected up to 31-03-2017.
- Kindly make use of this opportunity to settle your old dues without inviting any legal proceedings, Revenue Recovery proceedings, Lok Adalat proceedings etc.
- In this connection, you may approach the nearest CSC or office of the Accounts Officer (TR) concerned for making the payment by availing the discount.
BSNL had launched NGN (Next Generation Network) services – WINGS – for its Landline customers on PAN India basis which allows BSNL Landline customers to enjoy services various Value Added Services like – Fixed Mobile Convergence, Prepaid Landline, Multimedia video conferencing etc. For all existing / new customers, BSNL has increased minimum broadband speed from 2 Mbps to 4 Mbps without any increase in monthly rental. The revised speed is available with effect from 1st May 2017 in all the circles.
