Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the launch of a new Voice & Data centric plan @ Rs 429 in all the circles except Kerala from 4th September 2017.
As per the latest information, the new prepaid mobile plan 429 will offer Unlimited Voice calls to any network for 90 days & 1 GB Data / Day for 90 days. Validity of new plan will be 180 days (90 days for Jammu & Kashir, North East & Assam).

The new Plan 429 will be available on PAN
India except Kerala Circle with effect from 04-09-2017 on wards. The implementation of the tariff is will be made in
accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and orders/guidelines/clarifications issued by
TRAI from time to time.

Frequent change in tariff is not desirable!!it simply creates lot of confusion
Why exclude Kerala? Seems they are colluding with others to make Kerala circle also loss making…
coz delhi considers kerala outside India
They are cutting off Kerala circle because there are too many users of BSNL in Kerala. These guys are very rude.

Thank God, Kerala is not considered as a part of the Union of India for development plans and purposes except as a source of tax for the rest of India
