BSNL Kerala Circle has announced the launch of a new Voice & Data centric ‘KERALA PLAN’ @ ₹446 for its prepaid mobile customers with effect from 20th October 2017 on wards.
As per the latest information, the new KERALA PLAN will offer true unlimited voice calls to any network for 84 days + 1GB Data per Day for 84 days. The validity of KERALA PLAN will be 180 days. The plan will be open to all new/MNP and existing customers of BSNL.

Jio offers these facilities for Rs. 399.00 only plus 100 free L/N SMS per day. BSNL should try to match those facilities that Jio now Offers.
Kio has reduced the period from 84 days to 56 days for Rs.399.

And this tharif is not work when in the timing, BSNL should provide the facility to maintain same tharif while in timing also
BSNL is shutting down data services on H towers in many locations,eg.Mannathoor tower at Muvatupuzha,Thodupuzha rural to help Jio. Soon expect some newspapers to report this scam.

who cares bsnl now.i already ported my bsnl mobile number to ideacellulaar.monthly i was paying 500to 600 INR to bsnl for their bad service.now i am enjoying with 341 plan from ideacellar post paid with unlimited call and 28gb dats till 31st march.bsnls very bad customer and technical support.if the emloyess continue this type of negligence attitude to their customer, within 5 year their landline business will be reduced to 10% of now existing.

Can't trust bsnl offer one as this one, because in a minute's time bsnl changes its mind and either cuts down offer validity time or take away a freebie from the offer.pls be consistent so that customers stick on.

Kerala Plan-446 has very slow internet. I was using STV 333 and the Internet speed was fine. Speed of Kerala Plan-446 is really disappointing. I had reported this to BSNL and there is no response. They might be favouring other service providers. Else just looting people by offering cheap internet.
I wanted to purchase plan Kerala. I tried so many times

Only Jio has brought customer delight. Jio is also offering premium apps. Don't forget that you all. If Jio was not there, all these shitty operators including Bsnl would be heavily charging the customers.
I have a doubt regarding kerala plan. The plan voucher validity is for 180 days. But freebies available for 84days. So I wish to know what happends from 85th day? Are we suppose to recharge any other STV such as 395 or 339 to continue or we will be getting a STV exclusive for kerala plan
