BSNL Kerala Telecom Circle launched new Unlimited Voice STV @ ₹319 with 84 days validity with effect from 21st February 2018 on wards. 
As we reported earlier, BSNL announced the launch of new unlimited any net voice only packs on PAN India basis. Now, BSNL Kerala Circle has decided to launch new Unlimited Voice STV ₹319 in Kerala circle with effect from 21-02-2018 on wards.

The new voice STV will be available for all the existing and new prepaid mobile customers of Kerala Circle. In addition, BSNL has also revised MRP of Plan Voucher of Jai Jawan Plan from ₹99 to ₹113 from 20-02-2018 on wards in all the circles.

this is very cheating from bsnl.in every state this stv gives 90 days .most income generating circle kerala and from there bsnl want to suck more and more blood of poor people. morover blackout days also creates more burden.i had 3 bsnl connection in my home and these three numbers we ported to idea cellulaar.
We can say it is only Non- Sense S T V. 200 minutes a day and no free data, no mumbai, delhi. BSNL will never survive with such low signal strength and such simple cheating plans.
