Kerala has been experiencing its worst downpour in over a century and the devastation that has followed has seen the loss of many lives, unprecedented damage to the state’s infrastructure and immense disruption to normal lives of citizens.
BSNL – India’s own telecom company, cares for people and believes that every life saved, every distress call connected makes an invaluable difference. To help the flood affected people in Kerala, BSNL will be offering free calls (20 minutes/day), SMS and data for the next 7 days, beginning from tomorrow.
In order to avoid hardship to the customers and to restore their disrupted life back, BSNL Kerala Telecom Circle has also decided to postpone out going barring of its landline and broadband customers to 29-08-2018. BSNL has taken these initiatives, to help its customers in staying in touch with their loved ones.
