Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) launched Free FTTH modem offer for its fiber broadband (FTTH) customers in Kerala Circle.
As per the latest information, BSNL FTTH customers who opted broadband plan with monthly rental of Rs 599/- and above will get fiber modem monthly rental of Rs 90/-, waived off from their bills. The scheme is applicable to customers who make annual or higher payment option.
An official statement from BSNL, regarding the launch of waival off FTTH ONT rental charges for broadband customers read as follows:-
The competent authority has decided to waive off monthly rental charges of Rs 90 for FTTH ONT (when ONT is taken on rent from BSNL) only to the existing DSL/FTTH broadband customers who opted broadband plan (i.e., standalone/broadband only/combo) with Fixed Monthly Charges of Rs 599/- and above under annual/higher payment option in Kerala Circle.
The above offer is applicable to non WiFi FTTH ONTs only. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The above tariff is effective from 25th June 2018 on regular basis in Kerala Circle only.
