India’s largest wireline service provider, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) launched 100% Free Installation Charges for all new Landline / Broadband / Fiber Broadband (FTTH) connections in all the circles.
As per the latest information, all new fixed line (wired) customers of BSNL in all the circles may avail 100% discount in installation charges for 90 days from 24-07-2018. New landline / Broadband FTTH customers opting Voice or Data or Combo plans are eligible for this promotional discount scheme.
An Official statement from BSNL regarding waival off installation charges read as follows :
In order to increase LL/DSL/ FTTH connection base, to utilize spare FTTH capacity and to proactively achieve the LL/DSL/FTTH connection, the Competent Authority has decided ‘to waive off installation charges for a period of 90 days, to the new LL/DSL/FTTH connections (voice/Broadband/combo) in all the Circles’.

All other terms and conditions shall remain same as per earlier circulars. These instructions shall be effective with immediate effect for a period of 90 days with effect from 24-07-2018, in all the Circles.
