BSNL – India’s largest fixed line operator has announced the revision in tariff for virtual landline connections in Aseem Plan in all the circles.
In Aseem plan, customers may get his virtual landline number on his name and all the incoming calls to that virtual landline number will be routed to a number specified by the customer. Now BSNL has revised the tariff for Virtual Landline numbers to Rs 99/six months (if destination number is BSNL) and Rs 199/six months (if the destination number is a non BSNL number).
An Official statement regarding the revision in tariff for virtual landline connection read as follows:
The Competent Authority has approved revision of tariff for ‘Virtual’ Landline connections under plan ‘ASEEM’ on PAN India basis. The details are as follows:
Call diversion from ‘Virtual’ landline number to any one BSNL number of subscriber choice @ Rs.99/- per six month. Call diversion from ‘Virtual’ landline number to any one other network’s number of subscriber choice @ Rs.199/- per six month.
All other terms and conditions will be same. The above instructions are effective from 15th July 2018 on wards in all telecom circles. No copper cable / FTTH is required to provide Virtual Landline Connection to a customer. Customers who wish to avail this facility may pay the half yearly charges of Rs 99 or Rs 199 in advance. For subsequent bills will be generated and send to the customer’s address after 5 months.
