National telecom backbone – BSNL has launched a new Unlimited Voice Plan 999 which offers Unlimited Voice Calls to any network for its prepaid mobile customers on PAN India basis.
As per the latest information, the new plan voucher – PV 999 – will also offer free BSNL Caller Tune pack for two months. The validity of Unlimited Voice Plan 999 will be 240 days (220 days for Kerala Circle). The freebies validity is plan validity as well as tariff validity.

For unlimited voice facility in Home LSA and National roaming incl. Mumbai and Delhi: – The FUP condition is “Customer using more than 250 minutes outgoing minutes [(Local + STD + outgoing
roaming) (On-net/off-net) as per Unlimited recharge benefits] in a day will be charged at base plan tariff, after consumption of 250 minutes for the rest of the day till midnight 00.00 hrs”.
Note:-
- All other tariff, terms & conditions as per Plan voucher 75 (per Minute plan).
- Plan validity of PV 999 will also be extended on activation of STVs.
- Customers who activate PV 999 via self care (SMS to 123 or USSD) will get applicable Voice freebies without PRBT bundling.
- Customers who activate PV 999 via C-TOPUP/Online will get applicable freebies and free PRBT.
