Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the extension of its promotional 6 paisa cashback offer to its Landline, Broadband and FTTH customers till 29th February 2020.
BSNL initially launched this promotional scheme from 1st November 2019 to 31st December 2019. BSNL launched this cashback scheme when its rival Reliance Jio started to charge its customers for outgoing calls to other networks. As per the latest information, BSNL authorities has decided to extend the same scheme for a period of two months i.e., 01-01-2020 to 29-02-2020.
What is BSNL’s 6paisa Cashback Scheme?
BSNL will be offering 6paisa cashback for every voice calls of duration more than 5 minutes from BSNL landline / Broadband / FTTH connections. The scheme is 6 paisa cashback per call with duration 5 minutes and above and it is not 6 paisa for every 5 minutes of a single call. All local / STD calls except level 1 calls are eligible for cashback.
The scheme will not be applicable to the following categories of customers/connections:-
- Public Telephones / VPTs
- SIP Plans
- Service Connection Plans
- MOU Plans
- ISDN Connections
- Wings Connections
The scheme is applicable to B2B as well as B2C customers. Unlimited calls plans and free calls of limited plans are also eligible for this scheme. Zero rental plans like rent free second connections are also eligible.
How to register for BSNL 6paisa Cashback Offer?
Customer should register for this scheme by sending SMS from his/her registered mobile number to BSNL. The SMS format is as below:-
Type ACT 6paisa and send to 94780 53334
This cashback will be seen in the bills of customers and may be given as an adjustment in next bill.
