BSNL launched BOSS Portal for Bharat Fiber and Broadband customers to offer bundled devices at special discounted rate

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) launched BOSS (Bundled Offer Sale Simplified) Portal for Bharat Fiber (FTTH) and Broadband customers to get bundled devices at special discounted rate. This new web portal can be used by BSNL customers all over India for online booking and purchase of bundled devices  such as Google Nest Mini, Google Nest Hub etc.

We have already reported about the launch of BSNL BOSS Portal on 24th of October 2020 and at that time, URL of the web portal was not published by BSNL. Now, BSNL has published the URL (Web Address) of BOSS Portal and customers can access the web portal at https://bsnloffers.bsnl.in/. BSNL is offering bundle devices along with broadband / FTTH as a business promotion and customer loyalty management. To
facilitate sale of these devices to customer along with an option to choose the related annual plan, BSNL has launched a new web portal named BOSS (Bundled Offer Sale Simplified).

What is BSNL BOSS Portal (https://bsnloffers.bsnl.in/) ?

BOSS means Bundled Offer Sale Simplified. This portal is a One stop Simplified Portal for BSNL Broadband / BSNL FTTH / BSNL Landline customers to Buy the Bundled Products/Devices along with the designated Annual Plans. Here, a BSNL subscriber can view all the available bundled Products/Devices with the connected Annual plan. 

How it works?

BSNL subscribes can visit BOSS portal to see available device bundled offers. Subscriber can select the Product/Device and Plan for required Landline/Broadband or FTTH number and pay the required Advance Annual Plan Charges + Bundling Fee online. Once Payment is received, Plan Change will be initiated in respective billing system of BSNL and Device will be Shipped by the designated courier partner.

The Main features of BSNL BOSS Portal are : – 

• Customer can choose the bundled device and get to know about the related annual plan.
• Customer can select the device and related plan and complete the advance payment and the device will be
  shipped accordingly.
• Plan change will be affected in the respective CRM.
• Customer can book issue tickets using complaint booking.
• Help desk support is provided on the toll free number.
• This Portal provides sales channel for Vendor, Franchisee and Employee.

The User can view the device and find out the related Annual Plan it is bundled with. If interested in a device
the user can Add the product in cart and can proceed for payment of advance annual plan amount.

If you want to purchase this product then click on Proceed. On clicking proceed you will get following screen.

You can purchase specific product after landline verification and plan eligibility criteria satisfies. On above
screen enter Landline / Broadband / Bharat Fiber (FTTH) number and click on GET OTP. You will receive OTP on mobile no which is registered with this
Landline / Broadband / Bharat Fiber (FTTH) number. Enter OTP received on mobile and click on Verify. On successful OTP verification following screen will appear.
This will show existing plan of entered Landline Number and proposed plan to get the bundled device.

On selecting proposed plan, you will get details like plan name, fixed annual charges, bundling fee ,GST and
total cost. Note: You can selected Annual plan for 13 months (1 year + One Month Free service). On clicking Proceed Button, portal will ask you for login. If you had already registered on this portal using sign
up then you can use that credentials. If you are not having user name and password then you can login with
your Google account or Facebook account.

After successful login, you will get screen as below. On this screen note two important things.

1) Transaction details & Shipping Address 2) Mode of Delivery

1) Shipping Address:
Here Point to note that device will be delivered to address mentioned here under shipping address. This
address also can be maintained using link Address Dashboard which will be explained in later on.

2) Mode of Delivery: On this screen you have option to select Mode of delivery as 

a) Via courier 

b) Please check Franchisee/Employee is readily having Device and is ready to Hand Over to you after Successful
Payment.

Product Delivery By BSNL Franchisee
or BSNL Employee

If BSNL Employee or BSNL Franchisee is at your doorstep with device which you had selected previously then you have
to select b) option and Enter BSNL Employee or BSNL Franchisee mobile number and confirm it.

Otherwise select mode of delivery as via courier and click confirm button. After confirmation on above screen, transaction id will be created in portal as shown below. This transaction id will be
used for your future reference. After transaction id creation ,click on Go For Payment.

On clicking payment button, it will redirect you for payment processing. You can make payment through Credit Card / Debit Card / Online Banking / UPI / Wallet as per your choice. After successful payment, a receipt will appear which give detail status of your payment.

Now above Transaction can be track using Track Order Link.

Book Complaint

Here you can book complaint against transaction id.

On clicking Book Complaint, following screen will appear. 

Here select your complaint type , complaint detail type and enter complaint details. After submitting this complaint you can track your complaint using Track Complaint. It will show your complaint status
as below.

BSNL BOSS Portal – Address Dashboard

Here maintain shipping and billing address. Click on Edit and Update Address Details as per your requirement.

At present, BSNL Customers can avail Google Bundle Offer – Google Nest Mini / Google Nest Hub through BSNL BOSS Portal. BSNL FTTH / Broadband customers can buy Google Nest Mini / Google Nest Hub smart devices at reduced price by availing Annual FTTH / Broadband plans of BSNL.  The same portal will be used by BSNL to host all the upcoming device bundled offers for its Bharat Fiber (FTTH) and Broadband customers all over India.
