Eros Now is a subscription based over the top (OTT), video on-demand entertainment and media platform, owned by Eros Digital. Eros Now has more than 12,000 digital titles that include movies, television shows, music videos and 2.5 lakhs music tracks.
BSNL will be offering free EROS NOW subscription bundled with selected prepaid plans / STVs. Customer will get EROS Now Plus Membership which includes Unlimited movies and Eros Now exclusive Web Originals, Unlimited music, trailers, music videos and short form videos. How to activate EROS NOW on My BSNL Prepaid Mobile ?
To avail EROS NOW services, BSNL prepaid mobile customers have to recharge with any one of the above bundled STV / Plan of BSNL. Soon after activation, customer will receive an SMS that will contain a URL for downloading the application from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The SMS also contains the username and a unique password for customers to login to the application. Open the EROS NOW app and login with your username and password to enjoy unlimited entertainment absolutely free.

Answer: Customers can recover lost/forgotten Eros Now password using the following options:-
- From ErosNow.com, click “Log in” from the top right corner of the page.
- From the dialog box, click “Forgot Password.”
- Enter the email you use for your Eros Now account.
- Click “Send Email” and look for an email with a link to reset your password.
