I am using BSNL Broadband (Fibre Basic-449 plan). On first Installation, I paid Rs. 5000 to the local cable operator (BSNL office told me to contact him) and many times i asked to the BSNL office for the initial amount of Rs. 5000. What is the reason they are collecting Rs. 5000. But no proper response from BSNL Office. When the first bill came, it mentioned the installation charges Rs. 500 and Voice installation charges Rs. 500. What is the reason for collecting these thousand rupees for installation. Already i have paid Rs. 5000 to the cable operator. they told this amount includes all installation charges, cable expenses etc….. Please Justify?
