BSNL Mobile Network is the best network in India which offers highest voice call quality as per the latest report generated in TRAI MyCall Analytics Portal. As per this latest TRAI MyCall report, all other private telecom service providers are lagging behind state run telecom major – Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) in voice quality rating.
For those who unaware, TRAI MyCall Portal explore Voice Call Quality feedback ratings collected from the users via TRAI MyCall App. This portal provides map based view for data visualization of the ratings collected via MyCall app. Users can rate their voice call quality experience by downloading the MyCall app. BSNL recorded the highest voice quality rating of 3.4 followed by Vodafone (3.2), Reliance Jio (3.1), Airtel (2.7) and Idea (2.5).
Call Quality Rating
BSNL and Vodafone are the two mobile networks in the country with more than 60% of satisfied customers in voice call quality as per TRAI MyCall report. They are followed by Reliance Jio (57.51%) and Bharti Airtel (50.11%). Just 47.88% of customers rated satisfactory voice call quality in Idea network.
BSNL is the most trusted telecom operator in the country with highest voice quality ratings by it’s customers all over India. We can trust BSNL mobile network not only in indoor purposes (like in Home / Offices) but also while in travelling anywhere in the country. BSNL mobile network covers the nook and corner of the country i.e., from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. BSNL is the only operator which proved to be the most dependable operator in difficult situations like – floods, landslides etc. Even though BSNL has not given 4G spectrum, they have started rolling out 4G LTE services with existing 2100MHz band which was originally allotted to 3G service. Customers are getting better download speed with BSNL 4G as compared to other private operators which are using exclusive bandwidth for their 4G services.

BSNL should tom tom these findings and get port ins from privat TSPs. Wherever it introduced 4G, the data speeds are quite impressive which indicates that many private TSP customers will migrate to BSNL when BSNL introduces full fledged 4G services.
Then why bsnl is not getting the 4G tender and why they are not able to pay duea to nokia and ither service providers

BSNL should have 4G in 2021 otherwise it is better to shut it down
What t is the use.Govt should help BSNL in.providing 4G before giving 4Gto private operators.Supreme court should take the case on its own and direct Central govt to help Indian public as govt is not doing much to BSNL which is now affecting Indian citizens.We are still getting 2G or 3G only from BSNL.
