Very Good Decision. Will the Speed increase rollouts in specific location or all the locations?

I have been using 50 Mbps connection, and used to get a maximum of 43 Mbps. However over the last few days, the speed is over 80 Mbps, which makes me think the speed of my plan might have moved to 100 Mbps. Not sure if this is permanent, as there is no official word yet.
