BSNL has announced rationalization of it’s most popular prepaid mobile plans – FRC 106 & FRC 107 (Per Second and Per Minute Plans) with effect from 1st December 2020 onwards on PAN India basis. As per the latest information, BSNL will be increasing the validity of FRC 106 / FRC 107 to 100 days from the existing 28 days.
Revised freebies bundled with FRC 106 / FRC 107 are – 3GB free data to be consumed within 100days + 100 minutes free voice any-net in
home LSA and National roaming including Mumbai and Delhi for 100 days + free
BSNL Tunes for 60 days. FRC 106 will be renamed as Premium Per Second Plan and FRC 107 will be renamed as Premium Per Minute Plan with effect from 1st December 2020 onwards. Both these recharge vouchers are exclusively used to enroll new prepaid mobile customers in Per Second or Per Minute tariff plans.

Withdrawal of PV 74 (Per Second Plan) and PV 95 (Advance Per Second Plan)
In addition, the PSU has also decided to withdraw existing plan voucher recharge offers : PV-74 “Per second plan” & PV-95 “Advance per second plan” with effect from 01-12-2020. The customers of these
closed plans will be migrated to “Premium per second plan” PV-106. Also, the automatic validity extensionin GP-I to be done with “Premium per second plan” PV-106 for the closed plans of PV-74 “per second plan”
& PV-95 “Advance per second plans.”
The above tariff will be applicable from 01-12-2020 across all telecom circles. The implementation of the tariff will be made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and
orders / guidelines / clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time.
