Ofcourse jio is better in terms of service and recharge option. Jio is prepaid. One can change plan by rearching on expiry of current plan. Bsnl lags behind jio in terms of service and customer satisfaction. Went to local exchange they dont even know about ftth .
In my view ffth is the segment where bsnl regain trust in term of latency and peak hour bsnl ffth is best compare to others
Jio is definitely cheap and better than BSNL. I have both. For BSNL every month I've to shell out 90+gst for ONT modem whereas Jio doesn't charge anything for the Gateway Modem. If BSNL waives off this ONT rent, it will definitely be the best in all aspects.
bsnal is best
Airtel Fiber is not providing any landline service. I fixed my landline to the Airtel Fiber but the Airtel Service centre told there is no such landline service with Fiber it has been stopped.
But the maggic is they are still advertising on airtel website that fixed landline service is available with unlimited calls
Airtel Providing Land phone service – only we need to buy the Phone – speak the managers and get it done – I am using the same
BSNL has frequent downtimes. In 365 days, you have at least 25 days of downtime with no internet connectivity at all (and I am from a metropolitan city). They take no action on your complaints for several days. Better to choose a private operator like JioFiber, Airtel or ACT who fix any downtime within 1 or 2 hours maximum.
For fcks sake don't take bsnl if you have any other option. I had to choose it and i m dearly paying for it.. Every week i have to call them on why it's not working. Plus shittiest service.. They say they have created a ticket.. And after an hour or so you get a msg that ticket is resolved. I highly recommend against it and personally hope that this should shut down the operations. But at the end of the make your choice
please dont even compare BSNL. I took the plan of 1200 rupees. I cant even do a whatsapp call. Billing is completely irrelavant. I am planning to move legally. There is so many people who is facing the same issue. BSNL is FRAUD. For any queries regarding this review can contact (7736383089)
All private companies are farud ,BSNL is the best ,here Private companied are not responding complaints .
